Brand Identity for It’s A Butte-iful Christmas Craft Show & Christmas Festival

It’s a Butte-iful Christmas was a family-friendly craft show and Christmas festival, hosted annually at the Front Street Station in Butte, Montana from 2017 to 2023.

Created by Kim Merkle (owner of Suzy Q’s Sewing & Repair), Kim sought to bring a new holiday experience to Butte. The festival provides shopping from many local crafts people and artisans, hot food and beverages, horse drawn carriage rides, face painting, caroling, and a visit to Mr. & Mrs. Claus.

In it’s 3rd year, the festival received an update to it’s brand identity to better reflect the spirit of the event, as well as hint at the festival’s new event design that promises to be sweet and dazzling.

In addition to doing yearly graphic design work for the festival, I also assisted with event design and coordination.
